Şirket ve Limak İnşaat'ın oluşturduğu konsorsiyum, Kuveyt Uluslararası Havalimanı Terminal 2 işletme ve bakım hizmeti ihalesine teklif sundu. Şirket konsorsiyumda %60 paya sahiptir.

Our Company had submitted a bid on June 23, 2024 for the tender organized by the Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority (the Authority) for the operation and maintenance services of Kuwait International Airport Terminal 2. It was disclosed on April 21, 2025 that the tender had been cancelled by the Authority.

Following the re-launch of the tender, the consortium formed by our Company and Limak İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş submitted a bid on June 02, 2026 for the re-tender organized for the same scope of services.Our company holds a 60% stake in the consortium.

As per the 6th article of the Material Events Communiqué of the Capital Markets Board No. II-15.1, it was decided to postpone the disclosure of the resolution of our Board of Directors dated June 02, 2026 regarding the tender, to assure confidentiality for a process which could otherwise be negatively affected, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of our Company and to prevent the risks of misleading our investors on a process which is subject to uncertainty.
