(on behalf of Kontrolmatik Teknoloji Enerji ve Mühendislik A.Ş.) and Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. The aforementioned application has been made in order to ensure the healthy continuation of the operational activities of our Company and its subsidiaries, to regularize the fulfillment of existing obligations by scheduling them appropriately, and particularly to strengthen the financial structure through asset sales. Through the financial restructuring process, it is aimed that our Company and its subsidiaries will continue their operational activities without interruption.
On the other hand, the redemption/coupon payments dated 15.05.2026 related to the private sector bond with ISIN code TRSKNTR52618 and the private sector debt instrument with ISIN code TRFKNTR52615, which were issued domestically by our Company without a public offering upon the approval of the Capital Markets Board, could not be fulfilled on their due date due to the current financial conditions.
