Uber B.V. ile Türkiye'de elektrikli araç ekosistemine katkı ve taksi filosunun elektrikli araç dönüşümüne yönelik stratejik iş birliği öngören Mutabakat Metni imzalandı. İş birliğinde Uber'in küresel teknoloji altyapısı BinBin'in yerel operasyonel uzmanlığı bir araya getirilecek.

In line with our Company's sustainable growth principles, a Memorandum of  Understanding (MOU) has been signed between our Company and Uber B.V. Under  the memorandum of understanding, the parties intend to establish a strategic  partnership aimed at contributing to the electric vehicle ecosystem in Turkey,  accelerating the modernization of the taxi ecosystem—specifically within the taxi  sector—and facilitating the transition to electric vehicles.

In line with our Company's commitment to green transportation and a sustainable  future, the initiative seeks to combine Uber's global technology infrastructure with the  local operational expertise of our Company and BinBin. The objectives include  reducing operating costs in green transportation, facilitating the shift to electric  vehicles, and supporting the long-term potential of drivers.

This strategic move is expected to reinforce our Company's green transportation  vision while contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and the creation of  cleaner cities.
