Beşiktaş Futbol A Takımı forma sırt sponsorluğunun ardından, iş birliğinin ikinci adımı olarak Beşiktaş Erkek basketbol takımı forma sponsorluk anlaşması da hayata geçirilmektedir. Spor sponsorluklarının yanısıra, Beşiktaş'ın finansal gücünü ve sürdürülebilirliğini desteklemek amacıyla kapsamlı bir finansal iş birliği süreci başlatılmak istenmektedir.

The scope of the ongoing cooperation between Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü, Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., our Company and the TERA Group is being further expanded.

Following the sponsorship of the back of the first-team football jersey initiated in May 2026, the second phase of this cooperation is being implemented through our jersey sponsorship agreement with the Beşiktaş Men's Basketball Team.

In addition to our sports sponsorship activities, a comprehensive financial cooperation process is intended to be initiated with the aim of supporting Beşiktaş's financial strength and long-term sustainability. Within this framework, strategic discussions are ongoing between our Company and other TERA Group companies and Beşiktaş in relation to the following areas:

- Provision of financial advisory services;

- Management of potential public offering processes of Beşiktaş's subsidiaries;

- Provision of financial and banking solutions through the integration of Tera Yatırım Bankası into the Beşiktaş Superapp;

- Acting as an intermediary or party to potential transactions involving the shares of Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., subject to the company's requirements.

Further details regarding the initiatives undertaken to strengthen the cooperation between Beşiktaş and the TERA Group, initially established through jersey sponsorships and subsequently to be enhanced through financial cooperation, will be disclosed to the public in accordance with the applicable capital markets legislation as the relevant arrangements become more clearly defined.
