With reference to the land acquisitions carried out within the scope of the investment for the establishment of a high-tech entertainment center integrated with an accommodation facility in Avanos district of Nevşehir province (Cappadocia region), which were disclosed by our Company on the Public Disclosure Platform on 26.12.2025 and 26.02.2026;

The building permit for the said investment project has been obtained, the necessary official approval processes have been completed, and construction works have commenced.

Material developments regarding the investment will continue to be disclosed to the public in accordance with the applicable legislation.
