It has been learned that a detention order has been issued against our Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. İnan ALTINBAŞ, within the scope of an ongoing investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

The judicial process in question is not related to the commercial and operational activities of our Company. The management bodies, operational processes, and commercial activities of our Company continue uninterrupted and in the ordinary course of business, and our administrative and technical organization continues to perform its duties in full.

The judicial process regarding the matter is being closely monitored by our Company. In the event of any new developments that may affect the public and our investors within the framework of the provisions of the Capital Markets Legislation, necessary disclosures will be made in a timely and complete manner.
