Various social media platforms and digital media outlets contain statements and allegations concerning our Company that are inaccurate and misleading. In view of the importance we attach to the transparency of the capital markets and the accurate disclosure of information to our investors, it has been deemed necessary to make the following statement.

The reports suggesting that Pasifik Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (Pasifik GYO) was included in the list of responsible legal entities circulated on Sunday, September 27, 2026, are untrue. Neither our Company nor any publicly traded or privately held company within our Group, nor any of our Group's shareholders or members of the Board of Directors, has in any way been associated with the funds that are currently the subject of public attention, acquired any interests in such funds, or engaged in any purchase or sale of shares in such funds. Nevertheless, it has been observed that Pasifik Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş., one of our Group's privately held companies, was included in the aforementioned list circulated over the weekend. This situation cannot be understood in any way. Indeed, the list in question also includes many major industrial companies in Türkiye, numerous large publicly traded and privately held companies contributing to our economy, public and private financial institutions, and even state-owned companies.

Like many individuals and companies with investments in the financial markets, Pasifik Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş. has made financial investments in closed-end funds that are not marketed to the public. The fund in which Pasifik Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş. holds an interest in relation to the matter in question is a closed-end fund that is not open to TEFAS and is not marketed to the public. The relationship established with this fund consists of the transfer of its own financial assets from one of its own accounts to another. In addition, the necessary applications have been made to the relevant institutions for the liquidation of the fund through the in-kind return of the shares held within the fund.

Pasifik GYO will initiate the necessary legal and criminal proceedings against persons and entities that prepare, disseminate, or participate in the dissemination of false and misleading content, with the aim of protecting the rights and interests of our investors, shareholders, and all other stakeholders.
