Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler sermayesinin %6,3'ünü temsil eden 53.405.999 adet B grubu payın Gül Ayşe Çolak'tan satın alınması için sözleşme görüşmelerine başlanmasına karar verilmiş olup 52.405.999 adet B grubu payın devri tamamlandı.

The Board of Directors of Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding A.Ş. ("Company") resolved today (June 24, 2026) to initiate negotiations, execute the relevant share purchase agreement, and acquire shares representing 6.3% of the share capital of Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., corresponding to 53,405,999.465 B group shares with a nominal value of TRY 53,405,999.465 from Ms. Gül Ayşe Çolak. It was further resolved to authorize the Chairman of the Board and the Vice Chairman of the Board jointly to conduct the negotiations, determine the terms of the agreement, and sign the share purchase agreement. Accordingly, the share purchase agreement was executed on the same date, and the transfer of 52,405,999.465 B group shares has been completed.
