| Our Company has signed a collaboration agreement with Super Micro Computer, Inc., a global technology company headquartered in the United States, in San Jose, California (Silicon Valley), which develops innovative solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence, cloud, storage, and 5G/Edge IT infrastructure. Within the scope of the agreement, the parties aim to carry out joint business development activities, focusing on the Turkish market, in order to strengthen their market presence and deliver advanced technology solutions in this market. This collaboration has been structured to support the provision of solutions for telecommunications and enterprise customers and is expected to contribute to our Company's growth objectives in the Turkish market, the strengthening of its solution portfolio, and the expansion of its customer base.
