It has become necessary to issue a statement to accurately inform the public regarding the allegations made by Mr. Özgür Özel on October 6, 2026, concerning our Company and its partners.

Our Company has no connection to the fund investigations currently under public scrutiny. Bulls Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. is an investor holding a 2.8% stake in our Company, and the role assigned to Bulls Yatırım during the initial public offering (IPO) process was determined entirely on commercial criteria. Since April 2026, the founding and controlling shareholders of our Company have not sold any shares.

We have observed that misleading information and baseless allegations concerning our Company and its partners have recently been disseminated systematically. In order to protect our Company's reputation and the interests of our investors, we will initiate the necessary legal proceedings against such publications and statements and file formal complaints with the competent authorities.

Our Company conducts its operations with transparency and accountability and in full compliance with capital market regulations.
