Pendik, Eyüpsultan, Kağıthane ve Bodrum'da yer alan alan toplam 395.268 m² büyüklüğündeki taşınmazlar KDV hariç 6.755.998.730 TL bedel karşılığında satın alındı. Bedel, Kentsel Dönüşüm Başkanlığı tarafından şirkete tevdi edilen kentsel dönüşüm uygulamaları kapsamında mahsup edilecek olup taşınmazlar için ayrıca nakit ödeme yapılmayacak.

Within the scope of the protocol signed between the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Directorate of Urban Transformation, and our Company, the purchase of the real estate properties specified below has been completed:

• 345,500 m² share out of a total area of 2,093,940 m² located in Istanbul province, Pendik district (Block/Parcel: 0/1154),

• 9,434 m² share out of a total area of 18,574 m² located in Istanbul province, Eyüpsultan district (Block/Parcel: 1044/147),

• 216 m² located in Istanbul province, Kağıthane district (Block/Parcel: 0/132),

• 40,117 m² located in Muğla province, Bodrum district (Block/Parcel: 161/93-94).

The purchase price for these real estate properties, with a total size of 395,268 m², is 6,755,998,730 TL (excluding VAT). This amount will be set off against urban transformation applications entrusted to our Company by the Directorate, and no separate cash payment will be made for the real estate properties.

The purchase has been realized within the framework of our Company's long-term growth strategy, and the real estate properties have been included in our Company's real estate portfolio.
