In our material event disclosure dated 19.06.2026, it was publicly disclosed that a Deed of Amendment had been executed between our Company and Whirlpool EMEA Holdings LLC for the termination of all existing and potential future payment obligations arising from the acquisition of Indesit International JSC and Whirlpool RUS LLC, both incorporated in Russia (the two companies having merged and continued under the name IHP Appliances LLC), in return for a cash payment of EUR 40,000,000 by our Company.

The consideration has been paid by our Company, and thus the transaction has been completed and the obligations have been terminated.
