It has been learned that, with respect to the acquisition of the vessel referred to in our public disclosure dated August 20, 2026, a shipbuilding and sale agreement was signed on September 6, 2026 between Lena Maritime Limited, a subsidiary of GSD Shipping B.V. incorporated in the Marshall Islands, and Laurel World Maritime S.A., a subsidiary of Itochu Corporation, a company incorporated in Japan and acting as guarantor. Pursuant to the agreement, one dry bulk vessel with a carrying capacity of 40,300 DWT, to be constructed by the NSY Group in Japan and scheduled for delivery in 2030, will be acquired.
