Emisyon Azaltım Sistemi üretim tesisine ilişkin yatırım projesi kapsamında inşaat sürecinin yıl sonu itibarıyla tamamlanması öngörülüyor. Tesisin devreye alınmasının 2027 son çeyrek itibarıyla tamamlanması hedefleniyor.

Within the scope of the investment project regarding the Emission Reduction System (ATS) production facility—currently under construction at the TÜMOSAN Special Industrial Zone in Konya—which was announced by our Company on KAP on June 14, 2024, and August 1, 2025;

Actual construction work on the factory began in September 2025, and work on the roof and facade, as well as electrical and mechanical installations, is currently underway. The construction process is expected to be completed by the end of the year, following the finalization of interior and landscaping works.

The installation of production equipment is scheduled to begin in October 2026 and be completed in three phases. Following the equipment installation—and the subsequent processes of training, production preparation, and technology transfer—the facility is targeted to be commissioned by the fourth quarter of 2027.

Our investment activities are proceeding according to the planned schedule, and our investors and the public will be informed as significant developments occur.
