Riyad merkezli bağlı ortaklık Emlak Konut Global, Suudi Arabistan Belediye ve Konut Bakanlığı'na bağlı National Housing Company ile bölgede gerçekleştireceği ilk projenin ön sözleşmesini imzaladı. Hayat Mekke projesi yaklaşık 400 milyon dolar büyüklüğünde olacak.

Our Riyadh-based subsidiary, Emlak Konut Global LLC, has made a robust start to its operations. On November 17, 2025, at a ceremony held in Riyadh, the company signed a preliminary agreement with the National Housing Company (NHC), an affiliate of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, for its inaugural project in the region.

The Hayat Mekke project, to be realized under this agreement, is situated within the Holy Haram area along the Mecca entrance corridor and will have an estimated volume of approximately 400 million USD.

This comprehensive living space comprises 1,014 villas, commercial units, mosques, masjids, schools, and various social amenities.

Emlak Konut Global LLC will conduct the entire planning, procurement, site management, and execution processes of the project. Furthermore, the Revenue Sharing Model and pre-sale expertise, which our Company has successfully implemented in Türkiye, will be carried to an international scale and integrated into projects developed in Saudi Arabia through this initiative.

This collaboration represents a strategic milestone in exporting our Company's technical know-how and strengthening regional cooperation.
