%100 bağlı ortaklık SozInv A.Ş. tarafından geliştirilen "Tera Orman Beykoz" projesi, bugün gerçekleştirilen lansman ile kamuoyuna tanıtıldı. Toplam 70 villa inşa edilmesi planlanıyor. Projenin 2028 yılı ortasında tamamlanması hedefleniyor.

The "Tera Orman Beykoz" project, developed by SozInv A.Ş., a wholly owned subsidiary of our Company, in the Beykoz district of Istanbul, was introduced to the public today through its official launch event.

The project is being developed on an approximately 25,000 m² land plot located adjacent to the Polonezköy Forests in Beykoz, one of Istanbul's prominent districts known for its natural environment and solid geological structure. The project is planned to comprise a total of 70 villas of various types.

Designed in line with an architectural approach that is harmonious with nature, the project allocates approximately 16,000 m² to landscaped areas, including private villa gardens and common-use spaces. The development also features a range of social amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, walking paths, children's playgrounds, a fitness center and parking facilities.

Construction works have commenced, and the project is targeted to be completed by mid-2028.

The Tera Orman Beykoz project is regarded as one of the first steps of our Company's long-term growth strategy in the premium residential development segment and its vision of creating sustainable value.
