Şirketin %100 iştiraki olan Şişecam Investment B.V üzerinden %30 oranında ortağı olduğu, Mısır'da yerleşik Saint Gobain Glass Egypt SAE şirketi bünyesinde gerçekleştirilen düzcam hattı yatırımı tamamlanarak devreye alındı.

Pursuant to our public disclosures dated March 6, 2024, and April 30, 2024, the flat glass line investment carried out by Saint Gobain Glass Egypt S.A.E. ("SGGE"), domiciled in Egypt, in which we hold a 30% stake through our wholly owned subsidiary Sisecam Investment B.V. ("SIBV"), has been completed and commissioned.

With this investment, the number of Şişecam's flat glass lines in Egypt has increased to two, while its installed production capacity in the country has doubled. In the line investment, undertaken with the objectives of meeting the growing flat glass demand in the region and enhancing export capacity, Şişecam participated through SIBV in proportion to its 30% shareholding in SGGE.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
