Bağlı ortaklık Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları'nın Faz-1 kapasite artışı, Faz-2 tesisi ve yardımcı binalar yapım işleri için açılan inşaat taahhüt ihalesinde, en uygun teklifi veren firmayla sözleşme imzalanmasına karar verildi.

Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş.'s estimated investment budget, capacity figures, engineering works, tender process for construction contracting works, and projected completion timelines regarding the Phase-1 capacity increase and Phase-2 plant investments were previously disclosed to the public in our material event disclosures dated 07.10.2024, 11.12.2024, and 08.04.2026.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of our subsidiary Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. held on 13.05.2026 (today), the bids submitted in response to the tender announcement published on the company's website on 17.11.2025, in the national press on 19.11.2025, and in the local press between 19.11.2025 and 21.11.2025 for the Phase-1 plant capacity increase, Phase-2 plant, and auxiliary buildings construction works related to the aforementioned construction contracting projects were evaluated.

As a result of the evaluations, it has been resolved:

- To execute a contract with the bidder submitting the most favorable offer,

- To authorize the General Directorate of Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. to carry out the contractual and procurement procedures.

Any further developments regarding the process will be disclosed to the public accordingly.
