Bahçelievler'de bulunan şirkete ait arsa üzerinde yaklaşık 2.410 m² toplam kapalı inşaat alanına sahip yeni genel merkez binasının anahtar teslimi yapımına ilişkin olarak, yüklenici firma ile 89.167.000 TL+KDV bedel üzerinden sözleşme imzalandı.

In order to strengthen the Company's corporate infrastructure and conduct its administrative activities from a single location, a contract was executed on October 6, 2026, with an independent third-party contractor for the turnkey construction of a new headquarters building with an approximate total enclosed construction area of 2,410 m² on the Company's land located at Ressam Halim Street N 5, Bahçelievler Neighborhood, Bahçelievler District, Istanbul, for a contract value of TRY 89,167,000 plus VAT.

The financing of the aforementioned investment will be covered through the Company's equity.

The completion period of the project is 15 months from the date of obtaining the building permit, and construction activities are planned to commence following the issuance of the building permit.
