Due to organizational restructuring at İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., as of 19.10.2026, the average total number of personnel employed within the Group has decreased by 19% compared to the average number of personnel disclosed in the most recently published consolidated balance sheet.

As of 19.10.2026, the average number of personnel employed has decreased to 226 (compared to an average total of 279 personnel as of 30.06.2026).

This disclosure has been made pursuant to paragraph 11 of Article 5.7 of the Guidelines on the Communiqué on Material Events Disclosure (II-15.1) issued by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye.
