In light of the news reports published in the press, it has become necessary to make the following statement in order to ensure that our investors, business partners and the public are informed accurately and comprehensively.

As part of an ongoing investigation, our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mesut ALTAN, was requested to provide a statement and was subsequently released subject to judicial control measures.

The aforementioned legal proceedings concern the personal assets of our Chairman of the Board and have no connection whatsoever with the legal entities, management or operations of our Company or its subsidiaries. The Group's corporate operations and all of its activities continue in the ordinary course and without interruption.

In order to protect the rights and interests of our investors, business partners and other stakeholders, our Company kindly requests that no reliance be placed on news reports, comments or social media posts containing inaccurate or misleading information, and that only statements made by the competent authorities and our Company regarding this matter be followed.
