Bosna-Hersek Elektrik Kurumu tarafından açılan "GES, Trafo Merkezi ve İletim Hattının İnşası" ihalesi kapsamında sözleşme imzalandı. Sözleşme bedeli vergiler hariç 26.871.200 Euro'dur. Kullanılacak dağıtım transformatörleri, şalt ekipmanları, orta gerilim anahtarlama ürünleri ve konstrüksiyon sistemleri Europower Enerji'den, güç transformatörleri Europower World A.Ş.'den temin edilecek.

In the material event disclosure made by our Company on June 8, 2026, it was publicly announced that our Company had been selected as the bidder offering the most advantageous proposal in the tender for the "Construction of a Solar Power Plant, Substation and Transmission Line" launched by EPBiH, the state-owned electricity utility operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Within the scope of the aforementioned tender, a contract has been signed between EPBiH and our Company for the project to be carried out in the Gračanica region of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The contract value is EUR 26,871,200.00, excluding VAT and other taxes, corresponding to approximately TRY 1,516,879,000 based on the current EUR/TRY exchange rate.

Within the scope of the project, the distribution transformers, switchgear equipment, medium-voltage switching products and construction systems to be used in the project will be supplied by Europower Enerji A.Ş., while the power transformers will be supplied by Europower World A.Ş.
