The amendment to Article 3 of our Company's Articles of Association, entitled "Scope and Purpose", was approved by the Capital Markets Board pursuant to its letter dated 21 August 2026 and numbered E-29833736-110.03.03-96821, and by the Directorate General of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye pursuant to its letter dated 25 August 2026 and numbered E-67300147-431.02-0012569227.

The draft amendment to Article 3 of the Articles of Association, entitled "Scope and Purpose", was approved at the General Assembly Meeting held on 30 September 2026, and this development was announced to the public through our disclosure dated 30 September 2026.

The amendment was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry on 5 October 2026 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 5 October 2026 and numbered 11680.

Our Company's updated Articles of Association are attached.
