ABD'de faaliyet gösteren bir firma ile güneş paneli üretimi gerçekleştirmek üzere 2 yıl süreli lisans anlaşması imzalandı. Yıllık yaklaşık 100 MW güneş paneli üretimi yapılması ve ürünlerin ABD ile Kanada'da kullanılması öngörülüyor.

A license agreement for a period of two (2) years has been signed between our Company and a company operating in the United States of America for the manufacture of solar panels under the "CW Enerji" brand owned by our Company, in accordance with our Company's supervision, oversight, and quality control criteria.

Within the scope of this agreement, it is envisaged that approximately 100 MW of solar panels will be produced annually and that the products manufactured will be used in the United States of America and Canada. The Licensee shall pay our Company a license fee on a quarterly basis at varying rates depending on the actual production volume realized under the license agreement and under the CW Enerji brand.

Through this collaboration, it is aimed to increase the recognition of our brand in international markets, expand its areas of use, and support the development of commercial activities in new markets.
