In the material event disclosures made by our Company on various dates mentioned above, developments regarding the photovoltaic solar cell production investment within our 100% subsidiary CW Solar Cell Enerji A.Ş. were shared with the public.

As stated in our material event disclosure dated July 17, 2024, the investment process for the integrated solar cell production facility under the incentive program of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey was initially planned to start from ingot production. Subsequently, as also stated in our relevant PDP disclosures, developments regarding the investment activities aimed at photovoltaic solar cell production with an annual capacity of 5 GW, starting from the ingot slicing stage under the HIT-30 High Technology Investment Program, were shared with the public.

Within the scope of the cell production investment, activities directed towards the remaining phases of the investment—of which the 1st Phase has been completed and production has commenced at our facilities located in the Antalya Organized Industrial Zone—are ongoing. Although there is sufficient space for an ingot production facility within the campus where the current manufacturing plants are located, investment alternatives for ingot production are also being evaluated.

In the event of concrete developments regarding the scope, capacity, incentive processes, and other material matters of the investment, the public will be informed separately.
