Bağlı ortaklık Emlak Konut Varlık Kiralama'nın gerçekleştireceği Kira Sertifikası ihracına ilişkin talep toplama süreci tamamlandı. İhraç edilen kira sertifikalarının nominal değeri 650 milyon dolardır.

The bookbuilding process for the lease certificate (Sukuk) issuance to be carried out by our subsidiary, Emlak Konut Varlık Kiralama A.Ş., regulated under RegS to be listed on the London Stock Exchange plc, has been completed. With the participation of nearly 100 qualified institutional investors, a total demand of over USD 1.85 billion was received, reaching up to approximately 3.8 times the base issuance amount. The nominal value of the issued lease certificates is USD 650 million, with a maturity of 5 years, a maturity date of June 1, 2031, a coupon rate of 7.75%, and the sale price is at par value.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
