Within the scope of one of our Company's projects İstanbul Sarıyer Ayazağa Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Project (Yeni Levent), the partial final acceptance of the construction of Blocks A-B-C-D-E-F-G on Parcel 1/Block 10648 and the Infrastructure and Landscaping Construction Works for these Blocks has been made and the Partial Final Acceptance Certificate has been approved on 21.05.2026.
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
