Balmumcu Arsası'nın tapu devir işlemi tamamlandı. Satış bedelinin ilk 8 taksiti tahsil edilmiş olup, kalan taksit ödemeleri Aralık 2026'ya kadar tamamlanacak. VUK mali tablolarına göre yaklaşık 741 milyon TL, TFRS mali tablolarına göre yaklaşık 515 milyon TL satış karı elde edilmesi bekleniyor.

Pursuant to the material event disclosure dated November 25, 2025, regarding the sale of the Balmumcu Land owned by our Company and located in Istanbul Province, Beşiktaş District, Dikilitaş Neighborhood, plot 1342, parcel 8, the title deed transfer of the property has been completed as of today. The first eight installments of the total sale price have already been collected to date, while the remaining installment payments will be completed by December 2026.

As a result of the sale transaction, a sales profit of approximately TRY 741 million is expected to be recorded in the Company's statutory accounts (VUK) and approximately TRY 515 million in the Company's financial statements prepared in accordance with Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS). 

In contradiction between the Turkish and English version of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
