The second session of the tender for "İstanbul Küçükçekmece Halkalı West 1st Stage  Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale" which will be developed on the land located in İstanbul Küçükçekmece Halkalı within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between our Company and Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKI) was held on 29.06.2026 at 14:30.

The highest offer received is as follows:

Total Sales Revenue in Return for Land Sale : 7.789.000.000 TL

Company Revenue Share Ratio in Return for Land Sale: 35 %

Company Total Revenue Share in Return for Land Sale:2.726.150.000 TL

The list of bidders participating in the tender and the details of their offers are presented in the attached list. The evaluation process of the offers is ongoing, and the public will be informed separately following the conclusion of the tender.
