The second session of the tender for "İstanbul Eyüpsultan Kemerburgaz 3rd Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale" which will be developed on the land located in İstanbul Eyüpsultan Kemerburgaz within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between our Company and İstanbul Valiliği Sosyal Yardımlaşma ve Dayanışma was held on 01.07.2026 at 14:30.

The highest offer received is as follows:

Total Sales Revenue in Return for Land Sale: 36.661.000.000 TL

Company Revenue Share Ratio : 42 %

Company Total Revenue Share in Return for Land Sale : 15.397.620.000 TL
