Şirket ile Türk Hava Yolları'nın %50'şer hisseye sahip olduğu Arnavutköy'deki proje kapsamında, toplam 764 adet konut ve 6 adet ticari ünite sayısı, 530 adet konut ve 18 adet ticari ünite olacak şekilde revizyona gidilmiş olup Tadilat Ruhsat alım işlemleri tamamlandı.

Within the scope of the project developed in Dursunköy Neighborhood, Arnavutköy District, Istanbul, in which our Company and Turkish Airlines A.O. each hold a 50%  share,  the number of units located on Block 149 Parcel 10, Block 149 Parcel 8 and block 144 Parcel 17 has been revised from 764 units and 6 commercial units to 530 units and 18 commercial units, and the revised construction permits have been obtained.The total number of units within the scope of the project has become 548.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
